CPacketRecipePlacement can convert items with the same unlocalized name into each other

Based on 1.12 decompiled using MCP 9.40 PRE 1

The bug

The packet CPacketRecipePlacement can convert items with the same unlocalized name into each other (see method net.minecraft.inventory.Container.func_192388_b(int, ItemStack)). Affected are for example stone and wooden buttons. To convert the items the player has to send a "from inventory to open container" item movement moving on item type to the position of the other one.
