Java Error on SMP / Game Crash joining Singleplayer

These two bugs are related in a way I can't distinguish. I have the log attached, first I tried to join the SMP server, then I tried to join a Singleplayer world. This has been a recurring problem, and I've found one other person who's experienced this bug. A fix would be much appreciated.
