Cant select worlds in minecraft, and i cannot use scroll wheel (interface issue)1.7.10

i cannot select worlds in minecraft nor can i use scroll bar in the menus ,(ive tried uninstalling and re installing game) i can scroll using scroll wheel but cant click it THIS IS 1.7.10 !
