Shift clicking firework rockets to enchanting table changes the NBT data

Steps to reproduce:

1. Craft more than one firework rocket
2. Shift-click the firework rockets in the enchanting table GUI
3. Notice that the firework rocket is missing the "Flight Duration: 1" tag
