Return "No block filled" when try to empty chest with /fill command

I use a /fill command to empty a chest with items:

/fill x y z x y z minecraft:chest 0 replace

Where a chest with items is at x y z

The chest is replace by an empty chest, but game says me : "No block filled".

Before 1.12 version, the command return succes.
