Texture Pack Issue

I have been messing around with the new update (Thanks Mojang it was amazing) but came across an issue while attempting to change texture packs. In game, the texture pack change only applied to chests, signs, and mobs. Logging out and in does nothing! I would like to leave Default texture pack please! Thanks!
