Detector rail duplicate

Detector rail duplicate bug:
1) fast redstone clock witk + sticky piston
2) turn on the clock and place detector rail in front of the piston
3) place minecart so it starts wiggling
4) brake a block under the rail
5) rail drops in a double amount

doesn't work with other types of rails
