Negative Coordinates Wrong

When I Press F3 And I Go Into The Negatives It starts with -0 But When I Use Commands It Says That The Block Is -1 I Tested It and There Is no -0 when using Commands It Makes It Really Confusing Because I'm mostly in the negatives.
