Attempting to set worldborder higher than 59999968 succeeds but only sets the worldborder to 59999968.

The worldborder command allows for the world border to be set up to 30000000, however anything above 59999968 acts like the worldborder is set to 59999968 even though it remembers the number that it is actually set to.
