Iron Golem dont want to spawn

I play survial mode and i want spawn iron golem with iron and pumkin i have normal amount of iron and pumkin but when i placed in right order the iron golem isnt there!Please resolve this bug!Unable to render embedded object: File (Thanks) not found.!!
