(PC, Win7) End gateway double spawns

Creative mode, kill dragon, pearl though gateway, two portals spawn.
Game output window upon closing MC was also blank/broken. no idea why.

I haven't found any PC related bug reports for this issue (saw an old one for xbox 2015)
