Ghost Creepers after Exploding

I hit a creeper with a Diamond Sword (Sharpness IV, Knockback II), and I hit it twice using my hand and then I let a skeleton hit the creeper. Then it blew up and this ghost creeper got left behind. After relogging it disappeared
