when typing functions, namespace:path/to/function/file no longer autocomplete

Starting with 1.12pre-7, when typing functions, the namespace and path to function file no longer autocomplete. I can see how this might be an intentional, security-related change, but it wasn't mentioned in the release notes. Was it intended to stop working? It was handy ☺.
