/setworldspawn should be callable on minecraft server versions using a command

Is there anyway that there can be a command easily accessible to take a player to world spawn? Not sure if this is a good place to put this, but it is extremely strange only being able to set spawn and override a world spawn and has caused numerous issues in the server I run
