Incorrect entity movement in "Game clock stop state"
When is pause menu or command block interface (it's what i call a Game clock stop state)
and an entity was moving, this entity (this also affect players) will start glitching.
Steps to repoduce:
-Jump
-Pause when falling down
-The player will glitch
or:
-make a mob/entity move
-Pause
-The mob/entity will glitch
