When player is standing on a cultivated farm block and it reverts to dirt, player cannot move and view spasms badly.

If I am standing on a cultivated farm block and it reverts to dirt, the view starts to spasm badly and I cannot move. Logging out and back in usually resets my position so I can continue playing.
