Glass blocks all in a game, cant play

2 month normal working and can be played. But a 2 month ago this problems
with "glass" blocks started, I reinstall the Minecraft. I also reinstall all graphic drivers

• Intel HD, Nvidia Geforce 540M, java and still have "glass" blocks.
