Issue with JIRA: Mutually exclusive list conditions

So, I don't really know where to put bugs about the bug tracker. Sorry if I've missed something!

In the 'issues' column, there is a dropdown menu for filters (e.g. All issues, open, resolved) and another for list order (e.g. order by updated, by created, by assignee).

Problem is: it seems that every filter setting other than All is mutually exclusive to every order setting other than By Updated.
This means that I can see all open issues ordered by when they were last updated. I can also see all issues ordered by their creation. But I CANNOT see open issues ordered by creation.

I'm confused as to why this is a thing, but it's not very helpful. Please fix, and apologies if this is the wrong place.
