When I try to shoot arrows in creative mode but they won't shoot and in survival mode the blocks keep glitching out

I can not shoot arrows in creative mode and when I try it the bounce off of nothing and lane in front of me then when I try to collect them the arrows then glitch farther away from me then what they was originally.
In survival mode the blocks will break and then immediately pop back in place and won't let me collect it until I hit the block after so many times.
