Odd crashing for single player in forge modded profile

So basically I modded my minecraft with some mods (about 26) and the game works fine when I launch it there is no problems and I use the mods to play on a friends modded server and there is no crashes or fps lag (I have an i7-6800k with 8gb ram 3200rpm and a gtx 1050 ti) but for some reason when I do single player the game starts fine but in the process of 20 or so seconds the game degrades in performance until all of a sudden it crashes. I do not think that this i a problem with the mods them self because there is no problem running on his server, but im not sure. Any help would be appretiated
