The Auto-crafting button (that is the one that has a book icon on it) is not there. But you can still click it if you know where it should be.

The button itself is there but there is no sign of it. That is you can click on a white place where it should appear and the Auto-Crafting will open, it's just that I cannot see the icon itself.
