Knowledge book isn't consumed upon right-click

Not sure if bug or intended behavior, but I wanted to point that out. Here's an example:

/give @a minecraft:knowledge_book 1 0 {Recipes:["minecraft:wooden_hoe","minecraft:stone_hoe","iron_hoe","golden_hoe"]}

Right-clicking will give you the recipes but the book will still be in your inventory.
If this is an intended behavior, it'd be nice to have a tag to confirm if we want that or not
