"excitedze" easter egg triggers when language is already "Pirate Speak"

The bug

Typing "excitedze" in the search bar of the recipe book changes the language to "Pirate Speak". The problem is that this triggers even when the language is already "Pirate Speak" and you just try to move the cursor.

It would in general be good if this easter egg was replaced with a different one, see MC-115783.
