Recipe book tab animation for new recipes is extending GUI and overlapped

The bug

The recipe book tab animation for new recipes has some problems:

• It can extend the upper GUI border.
• It is not displayed well for the left upper corner, the white of the round corner appears as dot in the gray.
• The active tab might be covered by following tabs.

How to reproduce

1. Take all recipes

   /recipe take @s *
   

2. Give yourself all or some recipes

   /recipe give @s *
   

3. Set the maximum FPS to 10 (see MC-116625)
4. Open the recipe book and observe the tab animation
