[PC] - The Brewing Stand does not function when using it.

When user place a water bottle on the Brewing Stand, nothing happens.

1. Install latest java.
2. Install title.
3. Launch title.
4. Progress until user creates a Brewing Stand.
5. Observe the Brewing Stand when adding ingredients.
