Reload in a function reports "You don't have permission to use this command"

Function:

• say This will be run just fine
• reload
• say This too

Running this function doesn't work

How to reproduce:

1. Create a function with a /reload command inside it
2. Run the function
3. /reload reports "You don't have permission to use this command"
