Mobs despawn even with nametags.

Mobs despawn even with nametags.
I know this isn't a bug but it may be considered as one. Named mobs don't respawn after turning off peaceful. Or maby mobs just shouldn't attack on peaceful.

All hostile Mobs obviously despawned.

1. Fin a hostile mob/spawn in a hostile mob
2. turn down the difficulty.
