The Bug:

Parrots don't try to avoid landing on dangerous blocks when flying toward their owners.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment. setup.png
2. Summon and tame a parrot.
3. Get the parrot to fly toward you by moving a fair distance away from it.
4. Once it begins approaching you, walk toward any of the cactus blocks and remain standing there until the parrot lands.
5. Take note as to whether or not parrots try to avoid landing on dangerous blocks when flying toward their owner.

Observed Behavior:

Parrots don't try to avoid landing on dangerous blocks.

Expected Behavior:

Parrots would try to avoid landing on dangerous blocks.
