Regeneration Extended is not 2:00, 1:30 instead

If you extend a normal potion of regeneration, it should be 2:00, instead it is 1:30, I thought this was changed, however when I changed them into splash potions they were also 1:30 wich is incorrect because the splash are always 25% shorter.
