major ground clipping bug

Previously reported this but that issue was marked as resolved so not sure my edit would be seen. Ground clipping started when I updated to java 1.8.0_131 after the release of 17w18b.

Major ground clipping started. No crash file is being produced though it will crash the client. Finally was able to catch a video of the issue. I uploaded it to youtube as I couldn't upload it here. https://youtu.be/iLigos20j-E (skip to about 2 minutes in)
