Hover and click events are at wrong position for right-to-left languages

The bug

Hover and click events of text components are at the wrong position for right-to-left languages. They are at the position where they would be if the language was light-to-right.

How to reproduce

1. Change the language to Arabic (first right-to-left language in languages list)
2. Take a screenshot
3. Try to click on the left side of the link in the chat
   → It does not work, however clicking at the right end of the text opens the screenshot
