Minecraft keeps crashing on new update

game keeps crashing when I join my own game not mp but single player when I go onto craft a block it crashes instantly, ive tried to see if its crafting and ive crashed out 5 times when I craft a block plus when I join back in the blocks ive crafted and placed have disappeared its realy annoying as its a survival world can any one please help
