The game keeps crashing when crafting.

I have tried this on multiple accounts. Whenever trying to craft something and it gives an output, I try to collect the outputted item (ex: Redstone Block) it crashes the game. Then I try it again and I can never craft anything. The only time I can get around this is using the crafting book.
