Being on fire/lava/drowning doesn't play the "hurt" sound

When ever i fall into lava or catch on fire i don't hear the "hurt" sound (entity.player.hurt_on_fire, entity.player.hurt_drown). Even tried to run it in a command block and it didn't work. Please fix this Mojang...
