Lever on redstone block

lever is placeable on the top face of the red stone block, but not on any of the other

I expected the lever to be unplaceable, like on all other faces

place lever on the top face of the redstone block to recreate.

-nothing is effected by this, im not even sure if its a 'bug' worth fixing but it seems to be a bug nonetheless
