Minecraft freezes everytime joining a world | minecraft (PC) | All versions

Everytime I join a SP/MP world, (since I installed the windows creators update) minecraft freezes after a few seconds. If I move, it happens with a big FPS drop. like 0.00001 fps ?
I already tried:

• Turning "game mode" to off. Worked for one time launching, next time, same problem
• I reinstalled Java (64-bit)
• I reinstalled minecraft, first launch worked, too
  Information:
• max Ram: 4G
• no texture pack
• no shader
• all video settings turned to fast/off
• launcher and menu are working fine
• EVERYTHING worked FINE BEFORE the update

What I expected to happen is...:
Everything just should work fine with ~120 fps

What actually happens is...:
Minecraft freezes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Idk install minecraft on a bad laptop (thinkpad, lenovo) after having installed windows 10 + creators update...
