Some text in snooper settings not visible in certain game window sizes

The bug

If the width of the game window of Minecraft is small enough, information text in snooper settings is not visible. A monitor with 1280 x 1024 pixels even have this problem in full screen mode with smallest GUI scale setting on normal.

Suggested fix

Add a horizontal scroll slider.
