Very simple – the challenge "Serious Dedication" in Minecraft 17w18b is able to be completed by simply digging dirt blocks with an iron shovel until it breaks. Normally this challenge is supposed to be completed using a diamond hoe, which is a lot more valuable than an iron shovel.
