TNT duplication bug

A really game-breaking bug, that allows players to create ignited TNT entity without deleting the TNT block it came from.
This can be produced using a minecart on a detector rail and slimeblocks.
The duper can be moved along one axis and dupes one tnt time it's pushed.
Multiple dupers can deal great damage to the environment without needing to bother much, because it can all be automated if attached to flying machines.

How to reproduce :
1. Build the shape with 4 slimeblocks and a minecart on a detector rail on the second screenshot.
2. Use 4 slimeblocks, another detector rail and a tnt to build the second shape just in front.
3. Push the first one against the second to have a single module.
4. Everytime you push to the left it creates a TNT entity. You can also pull the whole thing back, but it wont dupe the TNT.
