100% ram being used

This ain't normal! I wanna talk to the manager (Jeb) )

I alocated more than 3GB of ram and it isn't enought! (100% usage)
I could alocate more but in the privious versions it didn't need more.
you can see a screenshot of the f3 screen below but i still wanna talk to the manager about this problem!
