Minecraft Crash!

Hello, Iv been having problems with my minecraft for about a week and i tired everything i can but nothing worked. So when i install Minecraft its normal but when i lauch the game from the launcher its just crashes i tried to uninstall it like 5 times but what i also noticed is that installed game files are not even in the %appdata% .minecraft section on a couple such as assets, libraries, versions, launcher_log, and Launcher_profiles but no launcher or anything. When it crashes it just says a unexpected error accrued and sometimes the launcher would stop working Thank you that is all the information i think i can give you to help me.
