Cursor Drifting/Sliding when playing on TV

Often when the mouse is left untouched or standing still, the cursor will continue to orbit, usually in the direction of which it was last traveling. It will continue moving for an indefinite amount of time at a slow speed. This doesn't happen with either mouse when the computer is operating with a normal monitor. Please Fix.
