Custom Sounds don't play since snapshot 17w15a

Since the snapshot 17w15a i couldn't play any custom sounds anymore.
I am a map maker using an resourcepack including own sounds and a sounds.json file.
The map doesn't work without these sounds und this issue wasn't fixed in previous snapshots.
