One-Command bug

When I make One-Commands, then I need to know if it works on the Snapshot's and in the final version! (Now 1.12)

Then It gave me this error: [11:40:11] Data tag parsing failed: Expected '}' but got 'o' at: ...block_minecart,Command:scoreboard o<--[HERE]

And I use this One-Comamand generator: https://mrgarretto.com/cmdcombinerpro/
This is almost alway's the one that I use, and Mrgarretto made more One-command generator's.

What I want to know, is it the command? Or is it in Minecraft, like an bug!
