Hitbox of a mob sitting in a boat not accurate

The Hitbox of a mob sitting in a boat is half in the ground instead of completely in the boat.
That results into the mob if killed the drops glitch into the ground and appearing agian and experience completely stuck in the ground. This also affects sitting players.
