End portal particles are incorrectly sized

The particles inside end portals and end gateways appear squished and each pixel appears shaped like a rectangle instead of a square as it used to be. To test, place an end_gateway or end_portal and look inside.

Compare the attached image of the actual texture from the game resources to the in game texture. Pixel shapes are not the same.
