The sound block.note.chime is sharp

The bug

The block.note.chime sound is off by about 18 cents. This can be verified with command blocks and a tuning program or electronic equal tempered tuner.

To reproduce:

1. open a new creative world
2. run the command /playsound minecraft:block.note.harp master @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 in a repeating command block. You should notice that the note is an F# and is relatively in tune.
3. run the command /playsound minecraft:block.note.chime master @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 in a repeating command block. You should notice that the note is about 18 cents sharp (my tuner also happens to register the note as being that of an overtone, however this is less important).
