Recipe book shows two overlapping items

In the recipe book, ingots and most dyes have messed up textures. (See screenshots)

It looks to me as though the textures were realigned, but the newly transparent pixels retained their colour values, and those values are being rendered for some reason. (only in the recipe book)

This occurs without an active texture pack.
