Can't interact with Worlds

What happens is, when I run Minecraft, everything is good, but then when I join a world or a server, the window goes black and I can't interact with it at all, so I have to use task manager to exit the app. Please help, I can't access anything! P.S I'm sorry if I did anything wrong reporting this issue, its my first time using this website.
