Sneak in nether portal bug

If you sneak in a nether portal in survival, and release shift while its the loading screen to nether (Or home from nether) you like lagging back and forward. For the other people on the server you are sneaking but if you go to F5 you are not. To fix it you just need to relog, but its disturbing
to do it everytime it happens. Sorry for my bad english.
